- 25ml Campari
- 25ml sweet red vermouth
- 75ml tonic water
- a slice of orange, plus long strip of the zest
- ice cubes
- Using a vegetable peeler, pare a long strip of zest from the orange.
- Mix together the Campari and red vermouth in a highball glass over the cubes of ice.
- Squeeze the strip of zest over the drink, then drop into the glass. Top with the tonic water.
- Garnish with the slice of orange and serve immediately.
