Ingredients

  • 50ml Aperol
  • 25ml gin of your choice
  • ice cubes
  • tonic water, amount to suit your taste
  • orange slices
  • sprig of fresh mint

Method

  1. Mix the Aperol and gin with the ice, preferably in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour into a highball glass and top with tonic water.
  3. Finish with orange slices and a sprig of mint.
